Which credit cards do you accept?

Onboardstyle.com accepts all major credit cards.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Currently, only Florida residents are required to pay sales tax.

What if an item I ordered is not available?

Onboard Style makes every effort to keep adequate stock of items listed on our site, but sometimes we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Certainly! Please call our toll-free number at 1-855-699-9800.

Can I make changes to my order? In order for our customers to receive their product in the shortest time possible, we process orders as soon as they are received. Therefore, we are unable to cancel, change, combine shipping or add items to an order once it has been processed. However, if your order has not been processed yet, please contact sales@onboardstyle.com with any changes you may want to make and we'll see if we can accommodate them

Yes, we do offer personalization on certain items. See our custom orders page for details.

I placed an order online and need to add/or remove an item, is this possible?

You cannot make any changes to your order once you click submit.

Does Onboard Style offer promo codes?

Yes, from time to time we offer promo codes. Please make sure you sign up for our email list to receive promo codes and special offers

. Can I use multiple promo codes?

No, we do not allow stacking of promo codes.

Can I use my promo code for an order I placed previously but have not received?

No, promo codes can only be used on new orders and must be entered when the order is placed online.

How do I use a promo code to purchase an item that is currently out of stock?

Sorry, at this time promo codes can only be used for in-stock merchandise.

Shipping and Handling:

How is my order shipped?

All orders are shipped via Fed Ex. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail once your order has been transmitted. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped.

How much does shipping cost?See our shipping options. (To update. Need to see available shipping options on website) How long will it take to receive my order?

We will make every effort to ship your order within 1-7 business days upon receipt, and Fed Ex usually takes 3-5 days for delivery. PLEASE NOTE: During the holiday season, our order processing time may increase due to Fed Ex backups.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. (To update. Need to figure out if site can adequately calculate international shipping costs)

What are your shipping guidelines?

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM EST, the shipping process will start that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 1-7 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM EST the processing will begin the next business day, and ship within 1-7 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST the processing will begin on the following Monday. Onboardstyle.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. What is your return policy?

At Onboard Style, your satisfaction with our product is always guaranteed. We know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. Therefore, we want to make this process as easy as possible for you.

Please follow the instructions below:

Returns must be received back within 30 days of arrival for a refund / exchange.

All merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, undamaged, unsoiled and any labels attached. Refunds and size changes are not applicable on custom order goods.

Please include original packing slip in return package if available. Please write a note indicating how you want your return to be processed (i.e. refund vs exchange, sizes/quantities wanted, etc.)

What are your exchange charges?

We ask that you pay for the items to be shipped back to us and then we will ship the exchanged goods back to you at no additional charge. Once the original items are received, the new items will be shipped out.

What about Web Specials/Closeout Items?

Sales of web specials/closeout items are final. No returns or exchanges will be permitted for such items. Web specials/closeout items are items listed in the Closeout or Web specials categories.
