Returns and Exchanges



Return Instructions:
To arrange for an exchange or to return original condition merchandise please contact our customer service department within 5 days from delivery date. PLEASE NOTE THAT ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED AT OUR WAREHOUSE WITHIN 30 CALENDAR DAYS IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDT. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed to receive a credit or exchange. Your return will be processed within 3 business days of being received at our warehouse (pending stock availability), and your exchange confirmation or merchandise credit will be emailed to you within 5 business days.

Upon receipt of returned goods OnboardStyle.Com reserves the right to deny the return if it does not meet the company return policy requirements.

EXCHANGES: If you would like the same item in a different size or color, please return your original merchandise and include a note that tells us the size/color you would like to receive. All other returns will be issued a store credit. If the exchange item is out of stock we will automatically e-mail you a store credit. We cannot hold items for exchange. PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to OnboardStyle.com on all items to be credited or exchanged. In turn, we will send the replacement item to you with no additional shipping charge. Please contact our customer service department (sales@onboardstyle.com) with any questions regarding exchanges.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS: Returns are accepted on merchandise that is in resalable condition only. We DO NOT accept returns on merchandise that HAS BEEN WORN, DAMAGED, ALTERED OR WASHED. Kindly return the item in the same condition we sent it to you.

Please note: OnboardStyle.Com does not accept hand deliveries. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. You must include a return address on the outside of the package.

FINAL SALE: All custom order sales are final sale. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All orders shipped internationally are final sale. We reserve the right to limit returns.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER: To place an order on OnboardStyle.Com, follow these simple steps:

Finding Products
Use the menu to browse items by category. While browsing product pages, you can also search for a specific item by using the "SEARCH" box, located on the left-hand side of every page in our store. To access more information or purchase an item, click on the product image and you will be taken to the item's product detail page.

Using the Shopping Cart
To place a product in your shopping cart, select size and quantity, and then click the "Add to Cart" button. By clicking the “View Cart” link at the top of your screen, you may view your shopping cart at any time. This allows you to add, change or delete items whenever you like. Please note: an e-mail address is needed to place an order online. If you do not have an e-mail address, please contact our customer service department at 855-699-9800, Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM eastern standard time (excluding holidays).

When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items you've placed in your shopping cart. If you decide that you don't want a particular product, click "Remove item". Once you have all the items you wish to purchase, click the "CHECKOUT" button.

Shipping and Billing
After clicking "CHECKOUT," you'll need to provide your billing and/or shipping information, (be sure to note: billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement), choose a shipping method, and select your method of payment. We accept all major credit cards. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.

Review and Place Your Order
Be sure to review all of the information you provided, and make any necessary changes before clicking the "PLACE ORDER" button. For your protection, we will be unable to change your address once your order has been submitted. Please double-check your shipping information before you submit your order. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation page with your order number and details.
